This evening, before dinner, I went for a run around the block again. It's about 1/4 mile, and I ran about 3/4 of that. I'm trying to go easy on both my feet and my lungs. I want to be careful not to push myself, because of the asthma, and my feet aren't used to running so much on the road yet. Then a little while ago, some of us went on a two mile walk. I walked about half a mile of that barefoot, but didn't go barefoot the whole time because of construction work. I didn't relish the thought of stepping on a nail or piece of glass or some such object. Needless to say, I'm tired and sore, but it felt good. Hopefully I won't wake up too sore to move tomorrow. :)
